Swedish massage :uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and increase the circulation of blood and oxygen. As a result, muscle toxins are flushed from the system, which helps improve flexibility .

Deep tissue massage : focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Although it can be performed on a full body, Deep Tissue usually targets a specific problem, such as chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation, lower back/sciatica issues, limited mobility, shoulder/rotator cuff issues, etc.. Your Therapist will address these issues with strong pressure which has been proven effective in alleviating strains and spasms.

Hot Stone Therapy: Your therapist combines heated basalt stones with long strokes and steady pressure to warm the muscles, tendons and ligaments. This combination of heat and technique relieves chronic pain, reduces stress, promotes deep relaxation, and reduces anxiety and daily fatigue.

Manual Lymph Drainage is a gentle massage used to drain the excess fluid from the body, and improve the overall functioning of the Lymphatic (immune) system. This massage is most commonly used to treat Lymph Edema, which is the blockage of lymph nodes. With a series of appointments, Manual Lymph Drainage has been proven to reduce swelling (lymph edema) caused by surgery, cancer treatments, and toxin buildup. Lymph drainage is also effective at boosting tissue regeneration.

Pregnancy massage is proven to relieve muscle cramps and spasms, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs. This pre natal massage increases blood and lymph circulation, which reduces swelling and stress on weight-bearing joints. It is often performed in a side-lying position, where the woman is supported with pillows under her head and belly for comfort.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and systems in the body. Reflexology aids in pain reduction and stimulates the lymphatic system. This helps to cleanse the body of toxins, which leads to an improved immune system and sense of well-being

Sports massage is specifically designed for people who are involved in physical activity. The focus is not on relaxation but rather on preventing and treating injury while enhancing athletic performance. This technique includes stretching, deep tissue where needed, and at times heat therapy.

Trigger Point Therapy: A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes referred pain in other parts of the body. The trigger point is very specific and easy to locate. Treatment consists of the therapist using different techniques and pressures on and around the points in order to break down the build-up of the knot.
